Mezzanine Floor
Mezzanine's floor structures are used in a wide variety of locations, including warehouses and distribution centres, to enable automated flow and sortation of goods. For postal services and in airports, steel support structures facilitate the sortation of parcels and baggage handling, limiting the disruption which conveyors can cause to traffic flow on the main floor levels. Mezzanine floor is a durable and lot more rigid structure and is 100% relocatable. The design and layout of the steelwork is based accordingly to suit customers existing site layout and therefore columns and base plates are kept to a minimum. Staircases vary from 900 mm wide open treads to 1200mm wide closed treads depending on the nature of the application.
